What FutureSelf Does

FutureSelf is an AI-powered service that helps you connect with your future self. Here's how it works:

  • Context Building: Create detailed personal profiles about yourself, your goals, and aspirations (free)
  • AI Chat: Interact with an AI that acts as your future self using your personal context (subscription required)
  • Personalized Experience: Your context is sent to AI models to provide tailored responses and guidance

Service Plans and Billing

Free Tier

  • Build and edit your personal context profiles
  • No chat functionality with AI

Paid Subscriptions

  • Monthly or yearly subscription plans
  • Access to AI chat functionality using your personal context
  • First month free with promotional code
  • Payment processing handled by Stripe

Payment and Billing

  • If payment fails, you'll need to update your payment method to continue service
  • Billing disputes should be directed to admin@tiplanner.com
  • We may change pricing with at least 7 days' notice to existing subscribers

Your Responsibilities

Account Security

  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • You're responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Information Accuracy

  • Provide accurate personal information for your context profiles
  • If using your own API keys, you're responsible for managing them properly

Acceptable Use

  • Use the Service for personal development and self-improvement
  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations
  • Don't use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes

Account Sharing and Commercial Use

  • Account Sharing: While technically allowed, your context is deeply personal and designed for individual use
  • Commercial Use: No restrictions on commercial use, though the Service is designed primarily for individuals
  • Corporate Use: Companies may use the Service to help employees with personal development

AI and Service Disclaimers

Not Professional Advice

The AI responses provided through FutureSelf are for informational and inspirational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice including but not limited to:

  • Medical or health advice
  • Legal advice
  • Financial or investment advice
  • Therapeutic or counseling services

Service Reliability

Our Service availability depends on third-party providers:

  • Vercel (hosting)
  • Anthropic (AI models)
  • Supabase (database and authentication)

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

AI Response Accuracy

  • AI response quality depends on Anthropic's models and your selected model choice
  • We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI responses
  • How you use AI responses is entirely your decision and responsibility

Intellectual Property

Your Content

  • You own your personal context profiles and conversation data
  • We store this information to provide the Service to you
  • You retain all rights to your personal information and conversations

Our Technology

  • INT CONSULTING LLC owns all code, technology, and intellectual property related to the FutureSelf platform
  • The FutureSelf brand, design, and functionality are our proprietary assets

Limitation of Liability

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIONS YOU TAKE BASED ON AI RESPONSES OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We provide the Service "as is" without warranties
  • We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service
  • You use the Service at your own risk and discretion

Service Changes and Termination

Service Modifications

  • We may modify features, functionality, or pricing with at least 7 days' notice
  • Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance

Account Termination

By You:

  • You may delete your account at any time
  • Upon deletion, we'll remove your data except information required for legal/financial compliance

By Us:

  • We may terminate accounts that we deem harmful or potentially harmful to our Service
  • We'll provide refunds on a case-by-case basis for terminated accounts

Refund Policy
